GUIDELINES

Paper Presentations

Slides will be run from one only computer. We’d appreciate if you can send us slides and audio files in advance.

- 15 minutes Presentation + 5 minutes for Questions

- Stereo sound and standard projection (let us know if sounds will be played)

- There are no breaks between presentations, please respect the time limits

- During questions time the next presenter should get ready to present

- Guest Wi-Fi is not guaranteed. If you can, please do not rely on online material

Music Presentations

If you need to show some slides for the initial presentation, please send us in advance. For fixed media pieces, please send us the files in advance. If a performance requires a connection to the video projection system, this can be done via HDMI. If you can, please do not rely on Wi-Fi, as a guest account is not guaranteed.

- Your should aim the length of your music performance/recording to about 10 minutes

- You can briefly talk about your work (up to 5 minutes, or more if work < 10 min)

- You should ensure all the required equipment, instruments, and performers

- All performers should be registered in the conference

- If you are bringing any equipment in addition to that listed in your original submission please let us know asap

- If you have any other questions about your setup please contact us asap

Your registration gives you access to the Sala Lanza and cafeteria inside the Botanical Garden, but it does not give full access to visit the garden. If you wish to visit the garden, you will need to buy a separate ticket. Please note that the coffee break is not offered. If any changes occur, we will notify the participants at the conference.
